Yes! You can start using Deckiru completely free. We offer a generous free tier with all the core features you need to study effectively. Premium features are available for power users who want even more.
Absolutely! You can import .apkg files directly into Deckiru. All your cards, media, and tags will be preserved.
FSRS (Free Spaced Repetition Scheduler) is a state-of-the-art algorithm that optimizes when you review each card based on your personal memory patterns.

Deckiru is built to work great on phones and tablets in your browser—no app store download needed. Use it from any device by visiting deckiru.com. We're exploring native apps in the future.
Go to Dashboard → Billing (or Settings → Billing). Use "Manage Subscription" to cancel, switch between monthly and yearly, or update your payment method. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period; no partial refunds for early cancellation.
You can study and manage all your decks in Deckiru. Export options (e.g., to Anki-compatible format) are on our roadmap. If you need your data for backup or migration, contact us and we'll assist.
Nothing breaks. FSRS reschedules overdue cards and may show more reviews the next day. Your progress and retention data are preserved. Catching up when you can is enough; consistency over time matters more than a perfect streak.
On the Free plan you get 100 AI-generated cards per month; the counter resets on the first of each month. Manually created cards and imported Anki cards don't count. Pro gives you unlimited AI generation.
Large decks (many cards or lots of media) can time out—try exporting a smaller deck or splitting in Anki first. Ensure you export as "Anki Deck Package (.apkg)" and check "Support older Anki versions" for best compatibility. If it still fails, send us the file size and any error message using the form above.
